Avocado Egg Salad
Packed with protein and healthy fats, this recipe makes the perfect lunch or midday snack.
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- 1 Large Avocado
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh Dill
- 2 tbsp Dill relish (no sugar)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Smash the avocado with a fork into a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Garnish with extra fresh herbs or everything but the bagel seasoning.
