Total Time 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic, gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup fine almond flour
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup TDW Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp TDW Mineral Salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pure organic maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silicone nonstick mat or parchment paper.
  • Place all of the ingredients except the maple syrup into a large mixing bowl and stir with a rubber spatula. Fold in the maple syrup with the spatula until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet. Using the spatula, spread around the granola. It doesn't need to be pressed together. Air pockets make for a crunchier granola!
  • Bake in the 325-degree oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, carefully stir and turn the granola around. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove the granola from the oven and let sit for about 30 minutes. This step cools and crisps your granola right up!
  • Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks. Enjoy!!
