TDW Protein Date Shake

Our TDW team just got back from a few days of quality time together, and we had a blast making these yummy protein smoothies in the afternoons to keep us going till dinner! The natural sweetness from the dates satisfies our sweet tooth without the guilt of an actual milkshake. Feel free to mix it up and use our chocolate protein powder in replacement of the vanilla.

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

*if you have a frozen bananas, those work great with this recipe. If you choose to do so, eliminate using any ice.
