Candy Cane Crunch Ice Cream

A festive, protein-packed treat made with TDW Candy Cane Protein for that nostalgic minty-sweet flavor. Creamy, refreshing, and loaded with holiday cheer — without the junk. Perfect for a cozy night in or post-workout treat! 🎄✨

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop TDW Candy Cane Protein Shop here!
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 1–2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 pinch TDW Mineral Salt
  • Optional Toppings Honey Mama’s mint chocolate, beet powder to sprinkle on top, or crushed dye-free candy cane

Instructions
 

  • Pour all ingredients in your Ninja Creami container (except the chocolate, beet powder, or candy cane pieces) & mix thoroughly.
  • Freeze for 12+ hours.
  • When ready, process on “Lite Ice Cream” mode.
  • If it’s crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin until smooth.
  • Stir in or top with dark chocolate, beet powder, or crushed candy cane for that festive crunch.

Notes

Can substitute the Ninja Creami for an ice cream maker. Follow machine instructions if doing so.
