Crispy Baked Chicken Bites
These crispy baked chicken bites are an easy weeknight family meal that the whole family will love. You can also serve them up on a platter and serve as the perfect party snack. Don't skip on the scratch made honey mustard dipping sauce.

- 2 pounds organic chicken tenders (or boneless chicken breasts) cut into large cubes
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried onion powder
- 1 tsp good quality salt
- fresh cracked pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp TDW approved Gluten Free Flour*
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
Scratch made honey mustard dipping sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo (we love Chosen foods brand) or our homemade aioli
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp organic yellow mustard
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with non bleached parchment paper or lightly drizzle the baking sheet with avocado oil.
In a large bowl, mix together the cubed chicken with the dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Making sure each piece of chicken is coated. Next, sprinkle the flour all over the chicken and toss again. Lastly, add the avocado oil and toss well to coat.
Lay the chicken pieces around the sheet pan and bake for about 18 minutes, until the chicken is starting to brown and cooked through.
Serve the chicken with the homemade honey mustard dipping sauce. Enjoy!
