Healthy Salad Dressings
One way we set ourselves up for meal prep success is by making a good batch of homemade vinaigrette with real ingredients. We use a glass mason jar with cup measurements sketched onto the side of the glass to make the process even easier. These three vinaigrettes are our main 3 recipes for a quick dressing. Simply shake up and you're ready to eat!

Basic Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup good quality olive oil (We love Kasandrinos!)
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- pinch of salt and cracked pepper (We love TDW Mineral Salt!)
Italian Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil (We love Kasandrinos!)
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of salt and cracked pepper (We love TDW Mineral Salt!)
Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup good quality olive oil (We love Kasandrinos!)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of salt and cracked pepper (We love TDW Mineral Salt!)
*For the Basic Vinaigrette, you can easily swap out the apple cider vinegar for champagne vinegar.
*For the Italian vinaigrette, swap out the red wine vinegar for balsamic vinegar.
