High-Protein, Cleaned-Up “Dirt & Worms”

A nostalgic classic gets a serious upgrade — no artificial colors, no refined sugar, and packed with protein! This version of “dirt & worms” layers creamy chocolate yogurt with crunchy Simple Mills cookies for a clean, high-protein treat kids and adults will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 containers Culina coconut yogurt or yogurt of choice, about 10 oz
  • 2 scoops  Chocolate Bone Broth Protein (Shop here!)
  • 1/2 box Simple Mills Chocolate Sweet Thins crushed (for “dirt”)
  • Simple Mills Double Chocolate Crunchy Almond Flour Cookies crushed (for topping)
  • 1 bag SmartSweets gummy worms

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix yogurt and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
  • In small jars or cups, layer as follows: Crushed Sweet Thins, Yogurt mixture, Another layer of Sweet Thins, More yogurt
  • Top with crushed Double Chocolate cookies and a few SmartSweets gummy worms for the final “dirt & worms” effect.
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving, or enjoy immediately!
