Hot Chocolate Fudge Bars

Ingredients
  

  • cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 scoop 1 scoop TDW Hot Chocolate shop here!
  • coconut oil or cacao butter melted
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup (or raw honey)
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch mineral salt
  • 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond or coconut milk (as needed)

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, TDW Hot Chocolate, and salt.
  • Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk. Mix until a thick, smooth dough forms.
  • Press evenly into the pan.
  • Sprinkle toppings if using and gently press them in.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours (or freezer for 30 minutes) until firm.
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!
