Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes
Servings 24 wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings drums and flats
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

Ranch Spice Mix:

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dry dill
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dry parsley
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Dairy-free, Herb Ranch:

  • 1 cup plain Culina yogurt
  • 1 tsp ranch spice mix
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped chives
  • optional: add a dash of hot sauce

Instructions

  • Pat both sides of the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Don't skip this step. This helps the wings crisp. Place the wings in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with avocado oil.
  • Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of the ranch spice mix all over the wings and toss to coat.
  • Arrange chicken wings on an oven-safe wire rack set on top of a baking sheet. Make sure the baking sheet is covered with unbleached parchment paper for an easy clean-up.
  • Bake chicken wings for 35 to 40 minutes. Flip wings 1/2 way through cooking time.
  • While the wings are cooking, mix all of the Culina ranch ingredients together in a bowl and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Garnish with fresh chopped chives, dill, or parsley. Enjoy!
