A tropical-inspired smoothie that’s creamy, refreshing, and packed with protein—perfect for a poolside beverage that tastes and makes you feel good!
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt (if not dairy-free, can sub for Greek yogurt)
- 1 scoop TDW Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup ice (adjust for desired thickness)
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust thickness or sweetness as desired by adding more ice or milk.
