A tropical-inspired smoothie that’s creamy, refreshing, and packed with protein—perfect for a poolside beverage that tastes and makes you feel good!
Servings 1 Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt (if not dairy-free, can sub for Greek yogurt)
  • 1 scoop TDW Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice (adjust for desired thickness)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust thickness or sweetness as desired by adding more ice or milk.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately! Bonus - top with a pineapple wedge or a drink umbrella for a tropical feel!
