Protein-packed Ranch Dip

This dip is so delicious and is a better-for-you, protein-packed alternative to a traditional ranch dip. We love to make this dip as a meal prep item as it lasts for about 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator. Or upgrade your crudité game and wow your guests at your next gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint organic full-fat cottage cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill rough chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh basil ~2 tbsp chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Start on low and mix until well combined, about 1 minute. If the mixture is too thick, add a teaspoon of water until desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve with fresh veggies or your favorite gluten free cracker. We love simple mills sea salt crackers.
