Protein Peppermint Bark
This festive, no-bake peppermint bark is a simple holiday treat made with creamy milk and white chocolate, a refreshing hint of peppermint, and a protein boost from TDW Candy Cane Protein. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, it comes together quickly and sets in the freezer—perfect for gifting, parties, or a cozy seasonal snack!
- 1 bag white chocolate chips
- 1 bag milk or dark chocolate chips
- 1.5 tsp Organic Virgin Coconut Oil divided
- Peppermint Extract to taste
- 1-2 scoops TDW Candy Cane Protein shop here!
- 1 package YumEarth Candy Canes
Line an 8–9 inch square pan or baking sheet with parchment or foil. Set aside.
Melt the milk chocolate with ½ tsp coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring well each time. Stir in 1-2 scoops of TDW Candy Cane Protein until smooth. Spread evenly in the pan and place in the freezer while you prepare the next layer.
Melt the white chocolate with ½ tsp coconut oil the same way. Stir in peppermint extract (about ½–1 tsp, to taste). Pour evenly over the milk chocolate layer. Optional: Drizzle the top with extra melted milk chocolate.
Place in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
Sprinkle crushed candy cane evenly over the top and return to the freezer for 20 minutes, or until fully set.
Remove from the pan, peel away the lining, and break or cut into pieces. Enjoy!
