Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp TDW Mineral Salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the boiling water and stir well to combine.
  • Slowly pour in the boiling water and gently stir. Let sit for 10 minutes to let the mixture absorb all of the water.
  • Lay out a sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board. After the mixture has set for 10 minutes, pour into the center of the parchment. Place another sheet of parchment over it. Start to gently press down on the mixture to spread out. Use a rolling pin to thinly roll out the cracker dough to almost touch the edges. Try to make this as even as possible to make a thin crispy cracker.
  • Gently pull the bottom parchment sheet on to a standard-size baking sheet (13x18). Remove the top parchment.
  • Bake for 35 minutes. Let crackers cool then break apart. Enjoy!
