Protein-Stuffed Dates

This recipe is the ultimate fusion of sweet and salty. Filled with a creamy blend of nut butter and TDW Bone Broth Protein, each date is protein-packed goodness. They make the perfect energizing snack or treat you’ll keep reaching for.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1 scoop TDW Bone Broth Protein (any flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 dates pitted
  • flaky sea salt for topping

Optional:

  • chopped cashews for topping

Chocolate (for coating or drizzling):

  • 1/2-3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cashew butter, vanilla, and protein powder.
  • Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  • Fill each pitted date with the protein mixture and place them in the freezer to firm up.
  • Once chilled, drizzle the dates with melted chocolate or dip them completely to coat.
  • Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and chopped cashews, if desired. Return to the freezer and enjoy!
