Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, protein, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt.
Add wet ingredients: pumpkin, egg, water, maple syrup. Stir until combined.
Stir in melted butter until batter is smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake 35–40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool fully before slicing into bars. Enjoy!
