Quick Beef Stir-Fry ★★★★★

Looking for a quick and nutritious meal to feed your hungry family? We loaded our stir fry with protein from our grass fed beef and antioxidants like vitamin c and a from the peppers and spinach. This flavor packed stir fry comes together in just 20 minutes making is a home run in our books.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 lb organic grass fed beef
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • fresh cracked peper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 12 ounce package organic spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and mined (about 1 tablespoon)

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos or organic gluten free tamari
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

Garnish

  • Thinly sliced green onions
  • Yellow bird sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Gather, wash and chop all of your veggies. In a small bowl, whisk together your sauce ingredients. This ensures a quick and effortless cook time.
  • Pre heat a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add a tablespoon of avocado oil.
  • Add in your ground beef and break apart with a wooden spoon. Right away add in your bell peppers and onion so everything cooks together. Once your veggies are tossed together with the beef, season with a teaspoon of salt, some fresh cracked pepper and a teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • Once the beef is cook and no longer pink, add in your spinach, chopped garlic and ginger. Stir around and let cook until the spinach has wilted down, about 3 minutes.
  • Next, turn down your heat to medium and add in your sauce mixture. Once the sauce has coated the beef and veggie mixture turn off the heat. Taste for seasoning. You may need just another small pinch of salt.
  • Serve over steamed organic white rice or cauliflower rice and garnish with some slices of green onion. Enjoy!
