Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 6-oz cans wild pink salmon drained (We love the Wild Planet brand!)
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp homemade mayo (Find the recipe here!)
  • 2 tbsp drained organic capers
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely diced
  • 1 stalk of celery finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (We use dill and chive)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (We love TDW Mineral Salt!)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Drain both cans of salmon and place them into a mixing bowl. Use a fork to gently break up.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if needed.
  • Serve with butter lettuce and fresh avocado slices to make wraps along with Simple Mills gluten-free crackers. Enjoy!
