My Favorite Smoothie

A nutritious blend of fresh fruit, healthy fats and protein.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp almond butter heaping spoon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
