My Favorite Smoothie
A nutritious blend of fresh fruit, healthy fats and protein.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup yogurt (of your choice)
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp almond butter heaping spoon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Optional
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Favorite brand: Taylor Dukes Wellness Bone Broth Protein Powder)
Instructions
- Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
