Spend a day with me and my favorite non-toxic products! I transitioned to a non-toxic lifestyle years ago, but the truth is, it took years for me to land on my holy grail products that are safe for my body and work as well as their conventional counterparts.
When I step out of bed, I immediately get cozied up in my Barefoot Dreams CozyChic Robe that my husband bought for me. It’s the most comfortable thing ever, and it’s a morning must as I get myself ready for the day.
First, I brush my teeth with RiseWell toothpaste (use code TAYLORDUKES) and use a stainless steel tongue scraper. Then, I get outside for ten minutes of morning sunlight on my eyes and grounding whenever possible.
Onto my favorite part of my morning self-care routine – my non-toxic skincare regimen! The Skinny Confidential ice roller (use code TAYLORDUKES) is a must. I don’t wear makeup everyday, but if I do, it’ll definitely include my Ilia Skin Tint serum.
Before making any of my morning drinks, I take my minerals. I use Quinton Hypertonic, and I get it from Fullscript.

Next up, my matcha. I’ve documented on Instagram stories several times how I make my matcha. But the three products I can’t live without are Pique matcha, my superfood creamer and Breville frother.

After matcha, it’s time for a protein-packed breakfast! Breakfast is usually proteins, green and a healthy fat. So for example, 2 pastured eggs, some sauteed greens, bacon, and avocado. Or I make a smoothie. The star of the smoothie show is always my TDW Bone Broth Protein Powder. I add frozen fruit/greens, ground flax, and a healthy fat (nut butter, MCT oil, etc.) to my smoothie, but I’m always switching up which ones I use. This is a good go to recipe!
Now that I’ve finished up my morning breakfast and self-care routine, I love to get outdoors for some movement. Some days this is on my own. Other days I’m pushing a kiddo in a stroller. I use CLEARSTEM YOUARESUNSHINE SPF (use code TAYLORDUKES).
Even a quick 10 minute walk can be a gamechanger for your physical health and mental health.
After putting the kids down, I either hop in the shower or take a bath. Before bathing, I do a quick dry brush. I also love a good ol epsom salt bath every now and then.

Finally, it’s time for my evening skincare routine. I start out with Primally Pure’s cleansing oil if I’m wearing makeup, which is just a few times a week!
